Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy for digital game keys

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on GameGiftCard are final and non-refundable. Once a digital key is delivered, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why No Refunds?

Digital game keys and gift cards are unique, one-time-use products. Once a key is revealed or delivered to you:

  • We cannot verify if the key has been used, shared, or copied
  • The key cannot be "returned" as it exists only as digital information
  • We have no way to recover or resell a revealed key
  • The product is considered fully delivered upon key revelation

Legal Basis (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the right to cancel a digital content purchase is lost when:

  • The consumer gives express consent to begin the download/delivery of digital content
  • The consumer acknowledges that the right to cancel will be lost once delivery begins
  • The digital content is delivered

By clicking "Buy Now" and completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital key is delivered to your account.

What This Means For You

No Change of Mind Refunds

If you change your mind after purchase, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure you want the product before buying.

No Wrong Platform/Region Refunds

If you purchase a key for the wrong platform or region, we cannot offer a refund. Please verify compatibility before purchasing.

No Price Match Refunds

If the price drops after your purchase, we cannot offer a partial refund or price adjustment.

No Third-Party Account Refunds

Issues with your Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, or other accounts are not grounds for a refund.

Our Guarantee

Valid Keys Guaranteed

We guarantee that all keys we sell are valid and have not been previously redeemed. In the rare event that a key is invalid or already redeemed at the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement key. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.

Invalid Key Claims

If you believe the key you received is invalid or already redeemed:

  1. Act immediately - Report within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Do not share the key - Once shared, claims cannot be verified
  3. Provide evidence - Screenshot showing the exact error message from the platform
  4. Contact support - Email support@gamegiftcard.co with your order number and evidence

We will verify the key status with our suppliers. If confirmed invalid, you will receive a replacement key. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Before You Buy

Please Verify Before Purchase:

  • • Check the platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)
  • • Verify the region compatibility
  • • Read the product description carefully
  • • Ensure your system meets minimum requirements
  • • Confirm this is the edition/version you want

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute is considered theft and may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Revocation of all purchased keys
  • Legal action to recover losses and costs
  • Reporting to relevant fraud prevention services

We maintain detailed records of all transactions and key deliveries to contest fraudulent disputes.
